Front desk receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients—both in-person and over the phone. Your ability to create a welcoming experience and manage appointments efficiently is key to helping our clinic run smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for handling patient check-ins, managing scheduling software, coordinating with doctors and nurses, and ensuring accurate patient records are maintained. Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience in a healthcare setting
